Danny Williams

Danny Ray Williams, 45, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones after his long battle with diabetes, kidney failure, and a stroke.
Danny was born, February 7, 1971 in Missoula, MT, to Murriel and Dwayne Williams at Community Hospital. Dan attended Hellgate Elementary, Big Sky High School and later studied at the International Air and Hospitality Academy in Vancouver, WA.
Dan loved to travel and did so every chance he got. He loved living the big city life. Having lived in Denver, Seattle, and Vancouver he always found himself coming back to his hometown of Missoula to be with his family. He was very passionate about animals especially cats which gave him comfort many nights with his chronic pain.
He loved his Montana Grizzlies and Denver Broncos. When he was teased about his team he always had a quick comeback and he would joke about your favorite team also. He loved joking around and having everyone laughing out loud at his sense of humor. Often finding him cranking out his 80’s tunes.
Danny is survived by his two cats; Onyx and Bella, his brother, Jeff (Cheryl) Williams, of Missoula, aunts and uncles; Lee (Beth) Mattson, of Hayden, ID, Joyce (Ray) Hamm, of Coeur d’ Alene, ID, Gladis (Jerry) Schaum, of Spokane, WA, JoAnn (John) Lee, of Spokane, WA, Susan Mattson, of Carson City, NV, Shanna (Robert) Coffman, of Missoula, MT and several amazing cousins. He is also survived by longtime family friends Jackie Freeze, Sami Cowan, Peggy and Maurice Austin. He was preceded in death by his parents; Murriel and Dwayne Williams and his uncle Gordon Mattson.
On Dan’s behalf, his family would like to Thank; Partners in Home Care of Missoula, Fresenius Dialysis Center, Village Health Care, fire and ambulance all who treated Dan throughout the years.
