Georgette Gerlach

Georgette Gerlach, 71, of Missoula, passed away on August 19, 2016 from a brief illness.
Georgette was born on June 20, 1945 in Missoula to George R. and Lillie Mae (Archer) Juhnke. She attended the Grass Valley School, Frenchtown High School and the Missoula Business College. On March 4, 1977 she married John W. “Bill” Gerlach at the Christian Life Center in Missoula.
She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and tending her paint horses. Georgette was a caring and loving Christian person. She was a loving wife and she cherished her friends and loved her paint horses.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters; Veda Mae and Anita Marie.
Survivors include; her husband John W. “Bill” Gerlach of Missoula, sisters; Jeanine Olson, of Missoula, and Juanita Richter, of Thompson Falls.
A Memorial Service for Georgette will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 7405 Mullan Rd. followed by interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Condolences for Georgette’s family may be left at www.sunsetfuneralhomecemetery.com
