Sharon Louise Dolan

MISSOULA ~ Sharon Louise Dolan, 88, of Lolo, formerly of Missoula, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at her home.

Born September 7, 1935 in Boise, Idaho to Fred and Lucille (Mott) Hayford, she married James M. Dolan in 1959 in Klamath Falls, Oregon.  He preceded her in death on October 26, 2017.  She was also preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Joanne Gonzales and one son-in-law, Robert Maupin.

Sharon is survived by one son, Scott (Sissy) Dolan; one daughter, Jill Maupin; grandchildren, Shelby Morrison and Matt Dolan; great-grandchildren, Mikayla Dolan, Alycia McDowell, Nick McDowell and numerous great-nieces and nephews.

She attended school at Oregon State University.

Sharon was a member of the Red Hat Society, Triangle and Bridge Club.

Her graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2024 At Sunset Memorial Gardens, 7405 Mullan Road in Missoula.  A celebration of Sharon’s life will follow a 8304 Highway 12, Lolo, Montana 59847.

Arrangements are under the care of Sunset Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory in Missoula.
